The team
About us
Respect the architecture, respect your space, and never separate the finish from the preparation.
Our story
It all starts with a simple conviction, born on Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges: a beautiful paint job hides nothing. It reveals the care that went into the prep, respect for the architecture and attention to every client's space.
Montréal doesn't forgive shortcuts. Old plaster, vintage woodwork, sun-drenched condos, buildings with strict rules, businesses that can't close, façades battered by freeze, thaw and salt: every surface has its story, and its demands.
Our job: turn those constraints into a method. Diagnosis, a transparent quote, site protection, serious prep, controlled application, clean-up and a final inspection. Here, luxury doesn't make noise. It's called consistency.
Morning, on site, everything unloaded: we start by protecting, not by painting.
Why our clients choose us
- Clear, detailed, realistic quotes
- A tidy, clean site every day
- Prep suited to every surface
- Respect for buildings, neighbours and schedules
- Products chosen for how each room is used
- Full transparency if a surface hides a problem
Prep with no shortcuts
Repairs, sanding and primer are planned before the first coat. That's what makes a finish last.
Your home, protected
Floors, furniture and walkways are covered before work begins, and stay covered until the end.
A clean site, every day
Tools put away, dust cleaned up, rooms usable: you're living at home, not on a job site.
Compliance
Certifications & compliance
Licences, certificates and insurance: the serious framework behind every Maison Bien Faite job.
Checking is your right: ask us for licence numbers and certificates before you sign, and we'll provide them on request.
